"Do Good Better"
President, Lynne J. Davidson, LLC
Lynne Davidson teaches nonprofits how to measure the social value of their programs. Recent projects include immigrant services, programs for the unhoused, violence prevention and wellness in underserved communities. She serves as an evaluator for Lever for Change (MacArthur Foundation). As executive director of 2020 MicroClinic Initiative, Davidson improved maternal and neonatal mortality rates in Kenya. In communities where the maternal death rate had been nearly 1%, the MicroClinic program had thousands of participants and zero maternal deaths. For her work in Kenya, Foreign Policy magazine named Davidson one of the “100 Leading Global Thinkers,” and the Women Economic Forum named her an “Iconic Woman Creating a Better World for All.” She has served as a coach with Social Venture Partners, board secretary of Hillside Children’s Center, vice chair of American Red Cross Finger Lakes and community investment cabinet member of United Way of Greater Rochester. Davidson is on the Tri-Masters Sports Initiative advisory board, a partner at Simmons Center for Global Chicago and board chair at Warriors for Good.
