Group Fitness Instructor
Nancy Lu is a certified group fitness instructor whose love of fitness began during graduate school at Princeton University. She started her teaching career at Princeton in 2018 and has continued to lead classes there every year since. Lu is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America, holds current CPR/AED certification, and teaches a variety of formats, including Les Mills BodyPump, Grit, Core and BodyCombat, as well as Schwinn-certified indoor cycling. Her classes are known for being high-energy, inclusive and focused on proper form and motivation. Lu lives in the Princeton area and is currently training for her first half marathon, the Princeton Half Marathon. Outside of running and teaching, she enjoys Barre, Lagree, strength training and trying new group fitness classes to stay inspired and continually grow as an instructor.
