Roger Dube received his bachelor’s degree in experimental physics from Cornell University and his Ph.D. from the gravity group at Princeton. He was named a Fulbright scholar at the University of Manitoba. He has held faculty positions at Kitt Peak National Observatory, Caltech’s Jet Propulsion Lab, the University of Michigan, the University of Arizona and Yale University. Dube rose to the executive level in IBM’s Research Division. He has served the National Academy of Sciences in its Ford Foundation Graduate Program selection process, has been an entrepreneur and has started three companies in the last 18 years. He is co-founder of the affinity group Native Alumni of Princeton. Dube is on the board of directors of the American Indian Science and Engineering Society. He holds 21 issued patents, published a textbook on physics-based computer security and was nominated for the 2025 Compton Medal from the American Institute of Physics. His specialties include artificial intelligence, interdisciplinary science, weak signal detection, quantum phenomena and space physics. Dube and his wife teach workshops on improv for leadership.
